As an executive communications coach, speaker, mother, entrepreneur and v-blogger, I work with diverse teams and world leaders. My Latin and Swiss profile helps me inspire audiences worldwide. The core areas of my work are gender diversity, inclusion, public speaking, optimizing business results and inspiring people to trigger change and have “a-ha” moments. These are some of the milestones on my academic background: graduate of the Coaches Training Institute in the UK and the executive coach training Coach Ville program, University degree in Business Information and Technology and an MBA on Global Leadership (Lucerne, Switzerland). I’ve been a coach and enthusiastic speaker for the past 17 years, based in Switzerland and active world-wide. I’ve worked so far in over 80 countries and coached thousands of leaders and professionals. I’m originally from Mexico City, I’ve lived for the past 20 years in Berne, Switzerland. My clients are leading companies in Technology, Telecom, Banking, Energy, STEM fields, Sports organizations and global NGOs. Before becoming a coach, I was a technology expert/consultant for 12 years in the corporate world, working for blue-chip companies. Nowadays my global company pairs up with world-class business partners to collaborate. I’m here to serve.
