Lynda’s top themes & topics:

• Based on her latest book: “The New Long Life: A Framework for Flourishing in a Changing World”

Human progress has risen to great heights, but at the same time it has prompted anxiety about where we’re heading. Are our jobs under threat? If people live to 100, will they ever really stop working? And how will this change the way we love, manage and learn from others? The New Long Life takes the case for the impact of longevity forward whilst bringing in technological and social themes. At the heart of the book is the concept of ‘human ingenuity’. We now need to be social pioneers if we are to make the most of smart new technologies and longer, healthier lives. That means narrating and navigating a new life story, exploring by learning and transitioning, and relating by connecting deeply. This book also focusses on wider human society. The last three chapters describe the agenda for education, government and corporations in detail.

How do you put people at the heart of corporate purpose? What is the role of the company and the leader in this changing world? How can innovation and collaboration flourish? The Future of Work – Skills & Hybrid Work
