He has been a Senior Advisor to McKinsey since 2015 involved actively at practical client assignments incl. transformations at scale, strategy development & roadmap implementation, C-suite briefings & workshops.

Additionally, Martin does significant academic work inclusive of his academic roles at INSEAD, CEIBS and Harvard where he teaches family business and family office topics. He has mentored 650+ Next Generations from global business families and run a successful INSEAD Next Gen Mentoring program for 100+ participants every year. Furthermore, he is a mentor to scale-up/unicorn founders and leaders across the globe, and active in the VC/PE space. Martin holds an MBA from INSEAD.
